Artist's Comments

Christchurch Art Gallery
This is a view of a curvy overbridge in the foyer.
One of the staff members wanted to make sure I wasn't photographing the art works *rolling eyes*
yeah that's why my nose is almost pressed up against the railing duh
hehe

A hearty thanks to ^Moonbeam13 for featuring this photo in the DD's, and to the scores of Deviants who have commented and :+fav:ed it. Sorry it's going to take time for me to get back to you and thank you all, but I intend to do it!

Well how could I not feature this piece. I've been goign mad for abstract photography recently and this is just too funky. The sweeping curves lead you gorgeously through the picture, and the blue tone (which is just about perfect by the way) suits the subject a treat, giving a cool, glassy feel to the metallic edges. The way the light is played with in the picture is brilliant lending hand to all sorts of shapes.

No wonder I've got the bends
