A steel drum player at Circular Quay, Sydney. He was a cool guy from Trinidad & Tobago.
I don't think I've ever heard Waltzing Matilda played quite this way before...or Ace of Base :giggle:

hah I think I have a ratio of about 3:1 of "discard:keep" shots...but that's a lot better than before. Sometimes I'm just not sure about the light, so I end up bracketing the shot (fstop above and below ideal)

wow. steel drums are soo cool. I've seen em a bunch of times, but it never occured to me to acutally photograph them. must offer numerous possibilities :) i'm a simple man, i like shiny objects :laughing:
